Automobile Sales Professionals

Job Description:
Yes! We're growing! The Klaben Auto Stores are seeking motivated, high-energy, competitive, self-starters with outstanding sales and customer service skills. Candidates will sell/lease new and used vehicles, perform customer prospecting and follow-up activities, and comply with dealership processes in a manner resulting in the attainment of dealership volume and customer satisfaction standards.

Essential Duties:
- Sell/lease and deliver a minimum of 10 units per month.
- Satisfy the transportation needs of our customers by fully explaining product attributes, applications, and the related benefits.
- Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems and comply with all applicable processes.
- Exhibit and maintain the highest level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain job and industry knowledge via available resources and training.
- Deliver vehicles ensuring that the customers understand the operating features, warranty, and deal paperwork.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat/referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a prospect development system.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Attend sales and training meetings.
- Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code.

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with the desire to succeed.
- Strong, professional and effective personal, phone and email communication skills.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and good business sense.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
