Technician - Frame and Body
Job Summary
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren, Inc. is seeking an ASE Certified Frame & Body Technician.
Essential Duties
- Repair damaged frames, body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications, dealer estimates and generally accepted time standards used by dealership.
- Perform all aspects of body and frame repair while safely operating all body shop equipment incidental to such work.
- Comply with directions from shop management regarding the work process.
- Perform high-quality repair work on vehicles while complying with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 5-years' experience in work described above. Valid Driver's License; ASE certification; High School Diploma, GED or other combination of technical education and relevant experience. Training and experience on state-of-the-art equipment desirable and should be noted on application.

Automotive Service Advisor
Job Summary
Success oriented individual who will effectively communicate with customers concerning preventive maintenance, service needs and repair costs of motor vehicles presented for service. Recommend maintenance according to manufacturer’s specifications. Build relationships with customers to promote repeat and referral service business.
Essential Duties
- Determine customer’s initial expectations of service visit and need for scheduled maintenance
- Recommend vehicle repair and maintenance to customer based upon initial customer request, customer explanation, analytical process, management direction, vehicle operation, manufacturer guidelines and online resources
- Promote sale of products and services mutually beneficial to customer and dealership
- Communicate effectively with service technicians and management about ordered maintenance and repair work
- Assign time to each job based on customer labor time guide designated by management
- Follow up to verify customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Ability to use computers for mathematical calculations, word processing, emails, research, training, testing, customer interaction and as may be required for the effective execution of all dealership and manufacturer processes and procedures
- Winning attitude, excellent communication and sales skills and strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment

Assistant Service Manager - Ford Lincoln
Assist Service Manager in daily operations of state-of-the-art Klaben Ford Lincoln, Inc. Service Department and serve in Service Manager’s place as assigned.
Assist Service Manager in training, motivation, counseling and monitoring of all department staff, maintaining reporting systems and controlling the performance of the department.
Assist Service Manager in facilitating technical training, monitoring technicians’ daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
Communicate with technicians and service advisors on time allowances, assign to jobs based on the customer labor time guide designated by Service Manager and monitor quality and completion of work.
Assure that customer service files are up-to-date.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive, tire and service industry is not required but will be considered.
- Maintain educational requirements of applicable manufacturer and dealership.
- Possess excellent communication and customer skills.
